Top managers of our bank https://www.baitushum.kg/ru/about/management/ member of the Executive Committee/CFO Kasmahunova Amina Alievna and Executive Committee member Chief Technology Officer Isakova Gulzina Abylovna took part in the 22nd annual conference of Microfinance Center “Demystifying digital in microfinance” in Turkey.
The event addressed the practical aspects of the transition to digital technologies in the financial sector, and presented case studies and analysis of current market trends.
Subject reviews on the Agile methods, development of digital competence of staff, the digital customer experience, non-credit digital products, digitization strategy, responsible digital financial services, digitalization of risk management were particularly interesting.
