Mortgage loans are available again

Bai-Tushum Bank resumed disbursing mortgage loans in the cities and province centers. The programme contemplates the funding of residential immovable property purchase: apartments and houses.
A loan may be also provided to finalize housing construction subject to 70% completeness. Mortgage loans are provided for a period of up to 5 years, for the amount of up to KGS 5 mln. The initial contribution constitutes 30%.
