The chairman of the “Bai-Tushum” Bank Maksatbek Ishenbaev became the mentor of the AmCham Mentors Club project, which is being implemented with the support of the US Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic

The main goal was identified by the creators of the project – to improve the quality of training for young personnel through effective interaction of top managers of leading companies in Kyrgyzstan with the best senior university students – graduates of the FLEX (Future Leaders Exchange) program *. The project will be implemented for the time of 5 months.

On March 5, an official opening took place at the Hyatt Regency Bishkek Hotel, where mentors met with the graduates of the program, shared their expectations and outlined their first plans and meetings. During the AmCham Mentors Club, a participant – the best FLEX graduate Ayzharkyn Kudaibergenova will undergo a mentorship program led by Maksatbek Ishenbaev, the chairman of the “Bai-Tushum” Bank, and an internship at the “Bai-Tushum” Bank in financial and banking management directions.
