We are glad to provide a new rubric about the employees of Bai Tushum Bank

We are launching a new rubric in which we will talk about our colleagues: about ones who came to our team, what he appreciates, what he seeks for, what he enjoys.

 

And Bek Keldibekov opens our rubric – a young employee from the savings bank in Suzak, Jalal-Abad region. Bek has been working at Bai Tushum Bank for 6 months in the loan department as a specialist in sales of retail products.

“I really like the job. I graduated from the university studied Finance and Loan, but due to the impossibility to find a job in a bank, I worked at the Gazprom gas station for about two years. And then from social networks I learned about the “School of the Banker”, and that, having successfully completed free training in it, you can get a job at Bai Tushum. I immediately sent a resume! Then there was a test and an interview – since in that stream I was the only participant from the South, then these entrance tests for me were organized at the place of residence. I had to study in Bishkek, and I took a chance – I quit my job at Gazprom and went to the Banker’s School, not being sure that I could do it, and they would take me as a result. But everything worked out! At the end of August last year I already became a specialist in Suzak, i.e. I got the job I dreamed about when I studied, and I didn’t have to leave my home country for this, ”Bek says.

Bek was not only a promising specialist and a wonderful colleague, but also a very active person. He was one of the first to take part in the “Aitmatov Readings” ➡
