Bai-Tushum entered the financial market in 2000, being a small financial fund. Then we grew up to a microfinance company with a deposit attracting license and branches across Kyrgyzstan. Ultimately we became a universal bank with a full banking license and a considerable list of international partners. Today we are trusted by 105 thousand clients, and total assets are 6.9 billion soms.
Bai Tushum Bank is one of the nine largest banks in the country by loan portfolio size, and in top ten by charter capital. We were the first bank in Kyrgyzstan to receive an international SMART certificate. We were the first bank in Kyrgyzstan to receive an international SMART certificate for compliance with the Customer protection principles. We are the first, and so far the only, bank in Kyrgyzstan, which deserved STAR recognition (socially transparent and responsible) of the MixMarket global platform.
