Team building under the motto “In unity and diversity – our strength!”  for Bank’s employees was organized 

In order to create a sense of unity, organization and cohesion within the framework of the interbranch football tourney, all 140 participants of the tournament took part in “Team building”‘s game – “Wool TEAM”. This game assumed the unique participation of each player, without exception, and every player in the team could understand that he is an important and necessary element in the team!

They tightly connect all employees of the Bank into one single unity, symbolize communications between all employees of branches and head office. The atmosphere of the training was filled with positive emotions and smiles, of course, all participants received a positive charge and excellent mood.
