The IBC Financial Market Committee meeting

The IBC Financial Market Committee meeting was held on June 28, 2018, in the conference hall of the Bank’s Head Office.

The following matters were discussed under the chairmanship of the CEO of “Bai-Tushum” Bank Maksatbek Ishenbaev:

• Possibility of participation of domestic banks in the 40th International Financial Industry Forum SWIFT (Sibos 2018, Australia, Sydney) on the establishment and expansion of partnerships (opening direct correspondent accounts) of domestic banks with foreign transnational banks.
• Formulation of the Committee’s recommendations on reforming the activities of the State Financial Intelligence Service (SFIS)
• Activities of the State Forensic Expert Service on the examination of collateral assessments in the emergent litigations on loan disputes between banking institutions and borrowers
